We started WatEase after years of building back-office systems that never quite fit the businesses they were meant to serve. Our team has deep experience designing distributed platforms at global tech companies — the kind of systems that process billions of events and stay up through the weekend.
Then we looked at India. 63 million MSMEs (per the Ministry of MSME, 2024). Most running on fragmented tools — one app for inventory, another for billing, spreadsheets for accounts, WhatsApp for orders. Nothing talking to each other. No single source of truth.
So we built WatEase — a single distributed commerce platform. B2B wholesale, B2C retail, real-time inventory sync, GST-compliant billing, payments, and WhatsApp automation, all integrated at the data layer. No glue code, no spreadsheet exports, one primary key across the business.

Hands-on engineer with 15+ years of experience building distributed systems, cloud storage platforms, and edge-computing workloads. Polyglot programmer (Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, Rust) with production experience designing message-passing architectures — event streams, durable queues, and async coordination across multi-region services. At WatEase, translating that infrastructure background into a single commerce platform for Indian SMBs.

No cohorts, no waiting list, no tier you have to reach first. Everything below holds from the day you sign up, on the cheapest plan we sell. We publish these here rather than in a contract annexe because they are the things Indian operators actually get burned on — a setup fee that appears after the demo, a 20–25% margin quietly added to Meta’s message rates, an annual lock-in that outlives the results, or an export that is refused on the way out.
