For advanced features like broadcast messaging, automated workflows, and multi-agent support, you will need a WhatsApp Business API account. We help you set this up at no extra cost as part of your Growth or Pro plan onboarding.
What payment methods are supported?▼
WatEase supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery. We integrate with Razorpay and other major payment gateways. Settlements happen within T+1 business day.
How does the WhatsApp Marketing Suite work?▼
The Marketing Suite lets you run broadcast campaigns, set up automated abandoned cart recovery, create post-purchase drip sequences, and segment customers by purchase behavior. You can track campaign performance with open rates, click-throughs, and revenue attribution. All messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business API for reliable delivery.
Can I use WatEase without a WhatsApp Business API account?▼
The Growth plan (₹1,999/month) covers the WhatsApp core — shared inbox, broadcasts, automation, CRM, GST invoicing and payment links. The storefront, OneMenu and product catalog are optional paid add-on modules you can switch on from any plan, so you only pay for them if you sell online. Broadcast messaging, automated workflows, and multi-agent support run on the WhatsApp Business API, which we help you set up as part of onboarding — at no extra cost.
How does WatEase handle inventory management?▼
WatEase tracks inventory in real time. When a product sells, stock is automatically decremented. You get low-stock alerts via WhatsApp and email. You can set reorder points, manage variants (size, color), and use bulk upload to update stock levels across hundreds of products at once.
