Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

You can start with a regular WhatsApp Business account on our Starter plan. For advanced features like broadcast messaging, automated workflows, and multi-agent support, you will need a WhatsApp Business API account. We help you set this up as part of our onboarding process.

What payment methods are supported?

WatEase supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery. We integrate with Razorpay and other major payment gateways. Settlements happen within T+1 business day.

How does the WhatsApp Marketing Suite work?
