Getting help on WatEase

Most things on WatEase are self-serve, but the moments where you need help — first store setup, your first WhatsApp Business API verification, the day your first broadcast goes out to a few thousand customers — should never block your business. The articles below cover setup, products, orders, payments, WhatsApp, and account billing in plain English. If you can't find what you need, the in-app chat reaches a real human on the team during pilot — we aim to reply on the same working day, and faster while we are small. Getting started

Setup typically takes 5–15 minutes. You'll create an account, verify your phone, link a WhatsApp Business number, add at least one product, and connect a payment method. The Shopify importer pulls your existing catalog and order history so you can carry an active store across without rebuilding it. For other tools we accept generic CSV imports of products and customers.

Products & catalog

Products carry GST HSN codes, variants (size/color/MRP), stock levels, and high-res images. The catalog publishes to your WhatsApp Business profile and your WatEase storefront, and to Meta's Commerce Manager catalog where supported. Price and stock changes propagate to connected surfaces as the underlying connector polls or webhook-pushes (typically a minute or two for WhatsApp; longer for surfaces Meta updates on its own cadence). Bulk operations run via CSV upload or the in-app bulk editor.

Orders & payments

Every order generates a GST-compliant invoice that's auto-delivered over WhatsApp. UPI deep-links work without redirect — the customer taps once, pays from their preferred UPI app, and the order moves to "paid" within seconds. Razorpay, PhonePe, and Paytm cover cards, netbanking, and wallets. Refund flows are one-click for full refunds and two-click for partial. Reconciling payouts against orders happens automatically in the dashboard's payments tab — no spreadsheet maths required.

WhatsApp & messaging

Templates, opt-ins, conversation categorisation (Marketing / Utility / Authentication / Service), and quality-rating monitoring are all in one place. WatEase pre-fills the most common India templates so you're not waiting on Meta approval to start sending order confirmations. Broadcast jobs run as a controlled-throttle queue — large lists are paced over hours so quality rating stays green. The inbox auto-tags incoming messages by intent (sales, support, complaint, OTP) and routes to the right team.

Account & billing

Plans renew month-to-month or annually. WhatsApp conversation costs are passed through at Meta's wholesale India rate and invoiced separately each month. Update billing details, switch plans, download GST-compliant invoices, and add team members from Settings > Billing. Cancel anytime — the account drops back to the Free plan at the end of the billing cycle. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it; you can also request immediate deletion via our data deletion page.
