How WatEase pricing actually works

WatEase has one platform fee and one pass-through cost — that's it. The platform fee covers the WatEase product (store builder, inbox, CRM, AI, automation, GST invoicing, support); the pass-through cost is what Meta charges per WhatsApp conversation in India, billed in INR at Meta's wholesale rate. Indian merchants pay no transaction fees on the WatEase platform itself — every order and every message is included in the monthly subscription.

The Starter plan — ₹1,499/month (~$49 USD)

Get your business on WhatsApp. The official WhatsApp Business API with green-tick verification help, a shared inbox with one seat, broadcasts and campaigns, approved message templates, and 7,500 template messages a month. WhatsApp-only — no Instagram or Messenger, no CRM, no GST billing — and priced for a solo sender who wants the real API without a reseller's markup. Extra seats and message packs are available on Starter too.

The Growth plan — ₹1,999/month (~$149 USD)

Run your whole business on WhatsApp. Everything in Starter plus Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger in the same inbox, three seats, 25,000 template messages a month, unlimited broadcasts and campaigns (you only pay Meta's per-message cost), smart segmentation and tags, Click-to-WhatsApp ads with attribution, and GST invoicing with payment links inside the chat. WatEase Commerce — storefront, catalog and QR menu — stays an optional paid module you switch on only if you sell online. WhatsApp template and conversation charges are billed directly by Meta at its published India rates with 0% markup: ₹0.8631 per Marketing message, ₹0.115 per Utility, ₹0.115 per Authentication, and ₹0 (free) for Service replies inside the 24-hour customer-reply window.

The Pro plan — ₹3,999/month (~$199 USD)

Automate, sell and scale. Everything in Growth plus A/B testing and campaign experiments, drip campaigns and retargeting, carousel and interactive templates, the full CRM with pipelines, lead scoring and RFM segmentation (10,000 contacts), and revenue and ROI analytics. Includes ten seats and 50,000 template messages a month. Most teams upgrade here the moment they want to see which campaigns actually drive revenue rather than just opens and clicks.

Enterprise — custom pricing

Annual contracts for distributors, multi-brand groups, and regulated verticals (pharma, BFSI, healthcare). Everything in Pro, plus unlimited seats and messages, multi-number and WABA management, a dedicated account manager, priority green-tick verification, audit logs, custom integrations, a 99.9% uptime SLA with 24×7 support, and data residency (IN / US). Conversation costs continue to pass through at Meta's rate with 0% markup; the platform fee is fixed.

Add-ons — the same price on every plan

Four things are sold separately, and they cost the same whether you are on Starter or Pro, so a plan never forces an upgrade just to unlock them. AI Agents (₹2,999/month) answer from your knowledge base, take orders and bookings, and hand off to a human. The Chatbot module (₹1,499/month) is the automation and conversational-flow builder. Extra seats are ₹699 per seat per month, and an Extra template messages pack adds 25,000 a month for ₹999 — packs stack, so volume is never a reason to change plans. Full-speed sending on every plan

Every plan sends at up to 1,000 messages a second on Meta's official Cloud API — Starter included. We never throttle a cheaper tier to sell a faster one; some providers cap entry plans at around 40 messages a second, which is roughly 25× slower to clear a large broadcast. Your allowance is a monthly count, not a speed.

There is no free trial — there is a 14-day money-back guarantee

WatEase does not run a time-boxed free trial, and that is a deliberate choice. A trial account gives you a sandbox and leaves you to configure it alone, which is where most WhatsApp onboarding stalls — Meta business verification and API approval alone can take the better part of a week. Instead every plan carries a full money-back guarantee: pay, get a specialist to set up your number, catalog and first automations with you, run the real product on real customers, and if it is not right, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the subscription fee in full — Meta’s message charges are spent when messages send, so they sit outside the refund. The window is 14 days rather than 7 precisely so that WhatsApp Business API verification finishes inside it. Cancelling is self-serve from billing settings, and you can export your contacts, conversations and orders on the way out.

Onboarding and business verification are free

Every plan includes hands-on setup at no extra cost — no onboarding fee, unlike platforms that bill setup separately. A real person helps you configure your store, catalog, and automations, and we guide you through applying for WhatsApp Business API access and Meta Business (green-tick) verification, including the document checklist and Business Manager steps. Moving from another platform? We help import your contacts, message templates, and product catalog so you go live without losing your history.

Why no transaction fees?

Two reasons. First, payment-gateway transaction fees already get charged by Razorpay, PhonePe, or Paytm at the rails layer (1.99% UPI, 2% cards) — adding our own cut on top makes the platform uneconomic at low average-order-value, which is exactly where Indian SMBs operate. Second, a percentage cut creates the wrong incentive: as your store grows, our fee grows whether or not we add new value. Flat monthly pricing forces us to keep shipping. Plans renew month-to-month or annually (10% off for annual); cancel anytime from the billing settings without contacting support.
