Do I need WhatsApp Business API to use WatEase?
Not for the Free plan — you can use a regular WhatsApp Business app. For Professional and above (broadcasts, automation, multi-agent inbox) you need WhatsApp Business API; WatEase walks you through Meta's Embedded Signup at no extra charge during onboarding.
Which payment methods does WatEase support?
UPI (deep-link payments inside WhatsApp), cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay, PhonePe, and Paytm. Settlement is T+1; automated payment reminders for abandoned-cart and pending orders are built in.
Is WatEase GST compliant?
