A course enrollment confirmation is the message that tells a family the seat is theirs — which batch, which teacher, when it starts, and what is still outstanding. It is the single most-reread message a coaching institute sends, because a parent who has just paid a large fee wants something in writing they can find again. WhatsApp is where they will look for it, not in an email they never opened. Send it within minutes of the payment clearing, and follow with the joining details before day one.

Best for: Part-paid enrolments. Stating that the seat is held removes the anxiety that drives five phone calls.

3. Joining details before day one

Best for: Two days before the batch starts. Removes every "what do we bring?" call at once.

4. Online course — access details

Best for: Batch swaps. Saying "no extra fee applies" out loud stops the question before it is asked.

Best for: Waitlist movement. The honest queue explanation is urgency you never had to fake.

Utility. The family has just enrolled and paid, so this is transactional confirmation of a service they already hold — roughly ₹0.115 per message in India, against about ₹0.8631 for Marketing. It is also one of the highest-value Utility messages you will ever send: it replaces a printed receipt the parent will lose and a phone call to the office they would otherwise make.

What should the confirmation actually contain?
